Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand washing sink is covered by a tower of trays; as well as food container inside the sink at the time of inspection;
Corrective Action(s): Immediately remove trays. Ensure, that the hand washing sink is not abstracted at all the time (this violation happened multiple times).
Note: The enforcement action will be applicable for next time.
