Front Tea Servery Area:
- Handwashing station was fully equipped
*Ensure sink is not blocked by any dishware
- Bubble tea prep cooler: 4 C
- Ice machine in sanitary condition


-Sanitizer solution available with 200 ppm chlorine & unlabelled sanitizer bottle noted over 200 ppm chlorine. (*violation noted above)
-Food appears to be protected from contamination - stored off the ground, covered
-Reviewed cooling practices for soup - no concerns noted
-No signs of pest activity noted
-General sanitation satisfactory
