Observation:
There is food debris accumulated on the floor under equipment; on lower shelves; and between equipment and shelving units. This food debris will attract and harbor pests.
Corrective Action(s):
Increase detailed cleaning of the facility. At the end of each night, all items must be removed from the floor and beneath shelves and equipment so the floor and surfaces can be washed and sanitized. A thorough inspection at the end of the night should be done to ensure cleaning has achieved the minimum level.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C; freezers -21C or colder; hot holding units 60C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottle was 200ppm.
- Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; stored in groups; and stored 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is satisfactory, but improvement needed in the mentioned areas.
- No signs of pests.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
