Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The kitchen hand washing sink was blocked by the garbage can, a food delivery and the cart holding dirty dishes. It also did not have paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that this sink has nothing stored in front of it and is fully stocked at all times.

Observation: The following maintenance is required in the kitchen and bar:
-Seal the hole in the wall in the kitchen storage room (old staff washroom) where the sink used to be.
-Install a light cover in that room
-Caulking is needed behind the kitchen hand sink to prevent mould buildup.
-The wood shelving at the bar is absorbing alcohol (stains visible). Apply additional coats of finish so that it is smooth, impermeable and easy to clean.
