-Hot water is available. Ensure this is always available when premise is operating. Further non-compliance may result in enforcement action.
-Foods are not thawed at room temperature
-Knives are stored in a sanitary manner on the knife magnet
-No signs of pest during inspection
-Large rubbermaid container is not on site. Ensure all equipment is made of food grade material and intended for use as a food grade item. This must be stated on the label of the material.
-Handwashing stations are all equipped with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot water. Ensure all have available garbage cans nearby.
