Upright cooler "True Cooler" has been serviced and internal temperature is now at 2 deg C-- great. Ensure that staff continually check the thermometer readings at least 2x daily (especially during/after lunch rush) to ensure that the cooler is maintaining an internal temperature of <4 deg C at all times. Thank you., no other issues noted. Next routine inspection in 5-6 months.
