General: Handsinks: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available Fridge: 4C Ice machine appears to be kept in sanitary condition, scoop stored outside Milk frother is wiped with towel sprayed on with sanitizer, cup of water is used to drain out excess milk Dishwasher (high temp): 71.3C at plate, thermo-label fell off (unit takes a couple of cycles to reach temperature, may eventually need to replace) Quats sanitizer @200ppm, test strips in use Dry storage and lighting are adequate Temperature logs are up to date No apparent signs of pest noted at time of inspection *please remember to have technician keep a copy of report onsite for review Health permit posted and Foodsafe certified staff present
