Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. All coolers measured at 4C or less (* front Pepsi cooler was measured at 6C; however, the cooler is limited to non-PHFs only). Freezers at adequate temperature. No hot holding items noted at this time. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Food contact surface sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm chlorine as per test strips. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 71C at the plate level. General food storage is excellent (covered and labelled). Random food items checked for best before dates and integrity of packaging. No issues noted at this time. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
