Dressing bottle outside and cooler walls have visible mold patches.
Bags of wings, sundried tomatoes open, scattered on trays.
Corrective Action(s): Please cover, use appropriate containers that can seal.
Discard moldy items.
Clean outside of bottles that have mold or discard.

Line cooler cheese and pizza toppings between 0.3 to 2.6C.
Walk in cooler -0.3 to 2.0C for food items.
Freezer -17 to -26C.
Freezer has a lot of ice build up but is functionally fine. Recommend to de-ice for more efficiency.
Sanitizer is over 1000ppm, operator diluted during inspection to 200ppm, thank you.
Washrooms are generally clean.
