- Freezers (stand-up, chest) maintained at -18C or less.
- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual ware washing.
- Dry food products stored off the ground.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.

Note: Ensure to monitor the temperature of refrigeration units. Maintain a temperature log on a daily basis. Service / fix the cooler if the ambient air temperature is above 4C.
