Foods are transferred from Walk-in cooler to this unit everymorning and have been there for about 45 minutes

A compliance meeting will be setup at the health office. The operational manager(s) of this restaurant are to attend to review this record and what improvements are need in order to get back to good standing.

Comments:
-All other fridges at or below 4 deg C
-Daily temperature logs are being maintained for fridges and dishwasher however operator should be recording the "values" not just checkmarking
-handwash sinks adequately stocked and clear for use
-Glasswasher >50ppm chlorine residual
-General sanitation pass -Dashing Pest Control comes in monthly -last work report reviewed -no pest activity reported
