Routine inspection

- Hand washing stations were supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Paper towel dispensers are to be fully operational.
- All coolers measured at or below 4C
- Walk-in cooler measured at or below 4C. Adequate thermometer noted in all units.
- QUAT 200 ppm sanitizer available in spray bottles. Wiping cloths clean dirty separation noted.

No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
