Observation: Numerous small flies observed throughout main prep area in back kitchen, mostly between hand wash station and ice machine around the floor drain. Pest control company currently in once per month, their last report also noted fly activity and they recommended a hydro flush which has been done.
Corrective Action(s): Consult with pest control company and have areas of concern such as drains and other wet areas (ex grouting under dishwasher) treated for flies as the flushing of the drains did not fully remediate the problem. Follow recommendations of pest control company. Due: 2 weeks.
