Observation: 2 issues;
front of house: handsink was completely blocked by plywood and used as a garnish station
kitchen: handsink's soap dispenser was missing, operator is using hand sanitizer
Correction: ensure that all handsinks are stocked fully with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water. Handsinks cannot be blocked
