Observation: Washroom in the back has no paper towels. When inquired, staff points to the roll of paper towel hanging on drying rack outside of washroom.
Corrective Action(s): All handsinks must be equipped with soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water. Find the appropriate paper towels and refill immediately.

Observation: Mice droppings found behind dough mixer and along window sill in front bar area.
Corrective Action(s): Please remove droppings and sanitize the area properly.

Observation: Backdoor to hallway/parking lot outside was left open at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Backdoor should be closed to prevent pest entry.

Observation: Food debris on the kitchen floor under prep tables, in walk-in cooler and spillage noted where chemicals are stored next to ktichen handsink on the bottom shelf.
Corrective Action(s): Overall cleaning is inadequate. Cleaning checklist on the wall also faded and illegible. Floor and shelving units must be cleaned regularly.

Observation: Paper towel dispsenser in the front service area does not work. A roll of paper towel was placed on the prep table.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the paper towel dispenser asap.

Observation: Very dim kitchen lights in the back.
Corrective Action(s): Replace ceiling lights so that the kitchen is adeqautely lit for food operation and cleaning.
