Routine Inspection - Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - Cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius except the glass door cooler with eggs at 6 degree Celsius. Adjusted during the inspection. - freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius - pest control in place for rodents and flies - the toilet pipe has been sealed - bleach available on site Note: Store all open bulk food product in containers with tight fitting lids. Note: clean the jam buckets in the walk in cooler.
