Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AZWNTQ: Domestic cooler by hand sink serviced. Ambient air temperature 2-4 degrees C. Freezer section at -16 to -18 degrees C. Preparation cooler also serviced. Inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C. 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use. 3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing.
