Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
At the inspection dated September 12, 2023 there were 71 children and 15 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action is required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed. This inspection and the risk assessment were written on site and reviewed with the Manager, a copy was provided via email.
The following education/recommendations were provided:
- A system is in place for updating staff files.
- Care plans and epi-pens.
- Reportable incident reporting.
- Playground schedule.
