The dishwasher final rinse cycle reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Temperature records were up to date.
The ice machine was clean.
No evidence of pests. Pest control report available on site.
Quats sanitizer solution tested at the buckets and at the 2-compartment sink was at 200 ppm.
The supervisor had FoodSafe level 1 certification.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
