Corrective Action(s): For the full duration of the inspection (from aproximately 3pm to 4pm) hot water was not available at any of the sinks in the premise. Operator said the hot water tank is old and doesn't reliably provide hot water. Operator said he noticed this problem about 1 week ago and had arranged for a hot water tank replacement on April 13, 2018. Hot water supply must be restored to all sinks in the premise to aid in cleaning purposes. Date to be corrected: immediately. Violation Score: 25

Due to lack of hot water, closure order issued. Premise shall close immediately and address the hot water issue. Premise shall stay closed until authorized by Fraser Health to re-open for business. Call the undersigned for a re-inspection after hot water to premise has been restored.
