Observation: Mouse droppings observed on and under materials stored on the metal wire shelving unit near the 3-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): *Clean and disinfect all surfaces where rodent droppings are found.
*Continuously monitor the premises for further activity, cleaning & disinfecting any areas where droppings are found.
*Continue to follow recommendations from the professional pest control technician towards eliminating pests from the premises.

Observation: Vinyl cove material behind the 3-compartment sink is dislodged from the wall, providing a potential entry point for rodents into the premises (gaps visible between the wall and floor behind the dislodged area).
Corrective Action(s): Seal all holes/gaps behind the dislodged vinyl cove material, then reattach the strip securely to the wall.
Alternatively, consider replacing the vinyl cove material with a rigid, pest-resistant material (eg. metal flashing).
