Walk-in cooler floor threshold finished with silicone to easily cleaned surfaces. Walk-in cooler compressor fan cover is cleaned. Pipe penetration sealed, behind cooking grill External gaps in front cabinetry have been sealed to pest proof locations. Cabinet joint and wall partition has been sealed with silicone. Front area floor tiles have been cleaned and re-grouted. Ice machine - floor area has been cleaned and wall / floor joints have been refinished with FRP to pest proof location. Premise renovations have been completed. Premise may resume operations when ready. Note: Ensure food contact surfaces are sanitized prior to first use.
