Zummo automated pineapple slicer: - Equipment manual and specification information provided. - SOP's provided for operating, cleaning and sanitizing unit provided. - Log sheet in place to verify cleaning and sanitizing device every 4 hours of continuous use is in place - Pineapples stocked to be sliced in device have been cleaned and dry by produce dept. staff - Produce staff have signed off receiving training how to maintain slicer device No objections to use of automated slicer. Ensure when SOPs are updated or modified, all staff receive relevant training.
