Corrective Action(s): Ensure hot and cold water is available to all hand sinks. Operator tightened screw and hot water provided.

Observation: At least 3 unlabelled sanitizer bottles with more then 200 ppm chlorine detected.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sanitizer bottles are labelled and have between 100-200 ppm chlorine solution. 1 tsp bleach per 1 L water.

1. Tiles missing at entrance to walk in cooler
2. Laminate floor lifting up along edges in walk in cooler
3. 2 holes in tile noted in wall across from dishwasher unit.
4. Hole in lower wall, filled with spray foam in entrance to employees access to kitchen
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all areas and surfaces noted above are repaired/replaced to maintain a smooth, durable, easy to clean, no absorbent material finish.

- up right cooler: 4 C
- walk in cooler: 2 C
- Deep freeze: - 20 C
- Hand sinks had hot and cold water, liquid soap, paper towel
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine.
**Get new test strips - current strips appear water stained - ensure test strips are for chlorine based sanitizer
-General sanitation appears satisfactory - ventilation hood and floor in kitchen is maintained


NOTE:
1.Remove all hand sanitizer from kitchen, staff are to use hand sinks when handling food.
2.Ice machine turned off - over flowing with melted ice/ water. Recommended when unit is turned off it is also drained completely to prevent moisture/water build up and add to possible mold growth or water damage.
3.Discussed updating first aid cabinet above hand wash station in kitchen - emergency contact numbers and 911 script
4.Food left behind after functions - remove from facility
5.Keep premise food separated from rental groups designated food storage
