Comments

-Recommend installing a door sweep on the front door to prevent the entry of rodents. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. The hot holding unit was not turned on at the time of the inspection. All freezers were < -18 C. Quats sanitizer in the 3-compartment sink was measured at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests, traps in place. Staff are FoodSafe level 1 certified. General sanitation was satisfactory.
