Follow-up inspection for JPAK-AY4UA8

Resolved violations:
1. All food products in cold storage covered with saran wrap/covers to protect from contamination
2. Saran wrap being used to line the inserts as a temporary measure until permanent replacement for inserts are made. **Operator inquiring about replacement inserts from corresponding third party. Update Fraser Health inspector when items are replaced.**
3. Sanitation of the premises improved significantly. Small area under the fryer still needs some attention but overall great improvement. Ensure to have all areas thoroughly cleaned.
