Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CVZQ8R 2-door reach-in cooler in the back of the facility now noted at 4.0C. All cold potentially hazardous food were stored at 4.0C or below. 2 bleach sanitizer containers and the sanitize basin of the 3-compartment sink were noted with 200 PPM chlorine residual - as per Operator, chlorine test strips have been purchased - excellent. Proper dispensers noted in bulk food containers - remember to store in a way where the handles do not come into contact with the food. All areas previously noted with mouse droppings have now been cleaned. No mouse droppings observed during the follow-up inspection. Excellent improvements noted on the sanitary condition of the facility. All areas previously noted unsanitary has been noted cleaned and sanitized - great job - please maintain the sanitary condition to this standard. No further follow-up required at this time.
