Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer detected in spray bottle or in the container with cloth submerged. Sanitizer at source and in the 3rd compartment of ware washing sink 200ppm. This issue was noted on the previous report.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm.

Observation: Only one drain plug available. Manager said other ware washing sinks are plugged with a glove.

All hand wash station had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
All coolers 4C or less (walk in, inserts..etc)
Freezer -12C (Ensure frozen potentially hazardous food is stored at -18C or less).
All hot holding higher than 60C (soups, meatballs..etc)
Probe thermometer available on site to check internal temperature of foods. Ensure probe is sanitized between uses.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Dry storage area well maintained. All foods stored off the ground.
