Comments

- Newspaper and cardboard boxes were removed from the kitchen
- Areas noted for cleaning (inside the ice machine and the walls in the walk-in cooler) were cleaned
- Attention is required to proper storage of foods in the walk-in cooler: observed raw chicken that was half covered stored next to vegetables that was half covered. Keep raw meats/poultry separate from produce to prevent cross-contamination of foods.
