Routine inspection conducted. The following was noted at time of inspection:

1. Temperatures
- Temperatures meet health requirements
- Stand-up glass-door coolers at 3C (back-of-house)
- Cooler unit in back corridor at 4C
- Stainless steel chest freezer at -19C
- Chest freezer located in back corridor at -17C

2. Hygiene and sanitizing
- Hand wash station behind bar area stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- 3-compartment sink in kitchen stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels for hand washing. Sink is equipped for warewashing and has a drain board overhead
- Ventilation canopy in satisfactory sanitary condition
- Cleaned and sanitized utensils and bowls in shelving area are clean and well maintained

3. Storage Practices
- Raw products stored separate from cooked and ready-to-eat foods
- NOTE: Keep smaller batches of potentially hazardous foods (shrimp, cooked meats) in the kitchen for fast turnover
- Dry storage area satisfactory. Reminder to keep all product on the shelf or elevated off the floor

4. Pests
- No evidence of recent, visible pest activity at time of inspection
- Back door tightly shut to prevent entry of pests through the back. No gaps observed during

5. Administrative
- Operator states that FoodSafe 1 was taken last year. Email EHO for verification
