Observation: Continue to work with the external cleaning company and your staff on addressing for following cleanliness issues:
- Mouse droppings and debris still noted on the floor in the dry storage room.
- Black buildup still noted on the wall by the dirty side of the dish washer.
- Hard to reach areas, near wall on the floor below the cleaned dishware racks.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the abovementioned areas and continue working to improve the cleanliness of the facility.

Follow-up inspection to report # KLAI-CV6RXC
- High temperature dish machine was able to reach 72.6C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
- Paper towel available in the dispenser of the men's washroom.
- Did not observe improper manual warewashing practices during the inspection.
- Proper storage hierarchy observed in the walk-in cooler.
- No food stored on the floor.
- Back door was closed at the time of the follow-up. Screen installed at the back door. Please ensure screen is properly fitted so no pest can enter when door is open.
- Operator has hired an external cleaning company to clean the cookline and fume hood. This area's cleanliness has definitely improved. The cleanliness on the floor of the cleaned dishware racks have also improved but some droppings and debris are noted near the wall.
