Front of house handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets, spray bottles, and dispenser at 200ppm. Low-temp dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine.
Prep coolers, stand-up coolers, walk-in coolers measured below 4C. Walk-in freezer and stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit not in use at the time of inspection.
Time stamped observed on food items in the coolers and freezer units. Observed food stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Ice-cream scoops are in a dipper well. Dipper well in good operations.
Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoops not in contact with ice.
Sliced fruits, juices, condiments for bar stored under ice at bar area.
Pest Control Company contracted monthly. Last report conducted on March 2, 2023 noted not rodent activity and recommend to install door sweeps to prevent pest entry.
NOTE: Any changes in the floorplan (e.g.: bar area) require health approval. Please submit proposed floorplan for bar renovations for health approval. Do not commense renovations until health approval is granted.
