Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher contained 0 PPM Chlorine residual.
Spray bottle of bleach water contained 0 PPM chlorine residual.
Corrective Action(s): Bottle of sanitizer appeared to be too old or diluted down. Bottle was changed, machine was primed and a 50 PPM residual was measured at the plate surface.
Spray bottle was emptied and replaced with bleach water.

Comments

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius. Operator plans to install a walk in cooler. It is highly recommended that this be installed.
Chest freezers are -18 degrees Celsius. Defrost freezers to remove ice build up.
Liquid soap and paper towel available at handsinks.
Ensure wiping cloths are stored in bleach water between uses.
Note: Canopy scheduled to be cleaned within the week.
Replace burnt out bulbs in kitchen.
