Comments

Make sure glasswasher is checked daily for "sanitizer levels" in feed. Unit works fine when supplied with sanitizer. Recommend keeping the sanitizer container in front in cavity for easy assessment. Better to run out of detergent and not know than sanitizer. Measured 12.5 ppm iodine. New coated shelves installed into coke cooler. Good. Floor is an issue. Discussed with operator and a new floor is planned for off season. **Make sure the floor is light coloured, smooth and easy to clean - Durable too. Review next year. Cooling unit temps good. Freezers good. Dishwasher good.
