-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -bleach at 100ppm -general sanitation good -ensure 3 compartment sink is being used for warewashing and not storing equipment -Freezer in the back by 2 comp sink has lid that isn't closing all the way and allowing ice build up. Monitor the amount of food placed it in, as it could be due to over filling. If freezer still does not close properly, it will need to be repaired/replaced
