304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Some flies observed in the back preparation area near the drive-thru window. Fly specs noticed on the shelving above the coffee makers. Corrective Action(s): Clean all counter-tops, plexi-glass covers for shelving above and all shelving thoroughly. Ensure that a strong air curtain fan is in place to exclude flies entering through the drive-thru pick up window. The air curtain fan does not appear to be strong. Keep the drive-thru area clean to discourage flies. Clean the front TV screens. ( By October 15, 2019). Violation Score: 3

Under-counter coolers below 4 C. Sandwich prep cooler below 4 C. Front coolers below 4 C. Hot holding of soups > 60 C Hot holding of chicken, bacon and eggs registered 60 C or hotter. Quats sanitizer at the triple sink tested 200 ppm. Quats sanitizer in the wiping cloths buckets tested 200 pp. * Ensure that sanitizer buckets are replaced every 3-4 hours. Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks. General sanitation is satisfactory.
