CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Sanitizer solution manually made in three compartment sink. Testing strips missing at facility - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Testing strips located. . Correction: Ensure staff are adding undiluted QUAT to third compartment and testing to ensure concentrations of 200ppm are achieved until such time as unit can be serviced by technician. .
