Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink beside the ice machine was blocked by the rolling rack and many buckets/containers

Observation: Extensive cleaning require in the following areas:
1) The inside of the raised mop sink as well as the large sink basin sink has mould/mildew growth. Scrub all sinks with soap and disinfect with Quats sanitizer
2) The front and door handles of all coolers and freezers
3) Under and around all equipment as there is lots of debris accumulation
