Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CESU7P: - Surface sanitizer available in designated bucket at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. Sanitizer is changed out every 2-3 hrs. - All cold potentially hazardous food items stored at < or = 4C inside coolers. - All coolers equipped with working thermometers. - No signs of pest activity. Pest control company inspects twice a month. Pest control report dated May 2022. Keep copies of ALL pest control summary report onsite for review by the health inspector. - Install larger sticky traps. - No further actions required. * Report not signed due to COVID-19.
