Corrective Action(s): 1. Kitchen back door must be kept closed at all times when not being used for receiving goods and/ or disposing waste to prevent potential pest entry.
**Install a doorsweep at kitchen back door as previously recommended by your pest control service technician to prevent potential pest entry.**
