Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Protective cover for cash / money dispensers is removed allowing for pests to enter premise from mall walk-way.
Corrective Action(s): Staff re-installed cover panel to pest proof front counter.

Ensure panel is maintained in position to exclude pest entry.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed on floor adjacent to ovens, on lower shelving by main entrance and on shelving under laundry machines.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.

Baseboard below cabinets adjacent to counter top oven is missing.
