General: - handwashing stations (front and back) stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - sanitizer measured 100ppm quats at dispenser; operator is aware and has baster to manually add sanitizer to sink solution to reach 200ppm quats; test strips available to ensure concentration - bucket of 200ppm quat sanitizer must be available at front cashier as that is where milkshakes an waffle cones are made - nozzles cleaned daily Temperature - walk-in cooler: 3C - walk-in freezer: -15C - small upright cooler in cashier station: 4C - dispensing units: 2-5C - cake freezer is off (no foods inside) - drinks cooler is off (no foods inside) Report not signed due to COVID-19 protocols.
