General Sanitation good including hard-to-reach areas

-goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests
NOTE: the door sweep for back screen door is starting to deteriorate -recommend replacing it before the gap gets too large for rodents to access

Professional pest control comes on a regular basis: Abell Pest Control comes in monthly -live traps, UV light attractants in use -ensure no poison bait boxes are used within the restaurant (allowed outside)

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access
