-Front coolers: 4C
-Stand-up cooler (left): in use - unit was in defrost cycle at time of inspection. Continue to monitor temperature of unit to ensure foods are stored at or below 4C.
-Stand-up cooler (right): being used as dry storage
-Stand-up freezer: -22C
-All handsinks fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Chlorine sanitizer (front area) measured at >200ppm. Adequate chlorine solution is between 100-200ppm. Mix chlorine solution using 1 tsp of bleach in 1 L of water.
-Chlorine sanitizer (back area) measured at 200ppm.
-Staff demonstrated knowledge in 2-compartment manual dishwashing. Wash, rinse, and sanitize utensils in chlorine solution for 2 minutes.
-Staff has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate - verified on site.
-General sanitation is good.
-No signs of pest activity.
-Per staff, food is delivered and then packaged onsite. No food preparation or slicing of pastries.
