Follow up inspection: Previous infractions corrected: -Glass washer is now repaired and has 50 ppm and above chlorine at the plate. Chemical test strips in use. -Glass washer has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. -Bar area and broken glass on floor has been adequately cleaned. -Kitchen rubbermaid containers have been replaced and utensils have been cleaned and sanitized. Glass washer can now be used to wash and sanitize bar glasses. Ensure to check daily for safe operation. Remaining cleaning and corrections required still pending and will be completed accordingly.
