Follow up inspection conducted. Follow up inspection to MTRG-ANZRVU. The following infractions are now corrected from last inspection report: - Proper scoops now available in dry goods - Food grade chlorine sanitizer solution has adequate chlorine residual concentration in all buckets (100ppm), ensure to use and change solution frequently. - During time of inspection, all doors were closed to the outside, screen doors still on order - Common touch areas throughout facility has been cleaned to remove debris build up - Food debris has been removed behind cook lines - 3 compartment sinks - backsplash has been cleaned to remove build up - Spice storage has been cleaned throughout - Shelving has been cleaned in sweets/ dairy cooler - Potato press has been cleaned - Ice machine has been cleaned and now free of mildew accumulation on plastic divider - Mop sink backsplash now free of mildew accumulation - Lighting now available in dish pit, adequate lighting provided - Handwashing stations now free from obstruction
