Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Water supply to the restaurant was shut down due to a water main break that happened within the last 30 minutes. The restaurant was in the process of closing doors.

Comments

At the time of inspection, it was discovered that water supply to the restaurant was shut off by the City crew due to a water main break.
The restaurant was in the process of voluntarily closing the premises until the water supply is restored.

Ensure to shut down the water supply to ice maker to prevent the filter from clogging.
When the water supply is restored, ensure to run the water line for 5-10 minutes to allow for clean water.
The restaurant was voluntarily closed by the owner at the time of inspection. Please call the undersigned
once the water supply is restored.
