Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed bacon slices in prep cooler insert at 9 degrees C. Operator indicated bacon was placed there last night. Bacon discarded.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that food in these inserts stay at 4 degrees C or less. Only put enough foods in these inserts for a two hour turnover period (not over night).

Observation: Observed leak in burger conveyor rack machine, with oil/water combination dripping onto the floor underneath. Operator indicated that oil does not usually enter the area where the leak is.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or seal the leak so that oil is not dripping onto the floor. If left unattended, this can lead to unsanitary conditions as well as the attraction of pests.
