Comments

All hand wash stations were fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. All coolers 4C or less (display case, undercounter, sliding two door upright milk cooler) Freezers -15 and -19C No hot holding available at time of inspection. Operator said they do not offer soup during the summers and believes corporate will be removing soup from the menu completely. Good general sanitation. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection. Dry storage area well maintained. Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container. Quat sanitizer at source, in spray bottle and cloths submereged 200ppm. High temperature dish washer achieved 71C (with thermolabel). All foods appeared protected.
