Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed 2 bags of raw chicken on a rack. Staff noted that they had just taken them out to thaw.
Corrective Action(s): The staff was directed to move the bags of chicken to the cooler.

- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottle & bucket
- Temperatures of refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C for coolers, <-18C for freezers)
- Refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers
- Staffs are FOODSAFE trained

ATTENTION:
- Do not put any utensils in the mop sink.
- Do not thaw raw chicken at room temperature. Thawing shall be done in a cooler.
- Once the seal has opened, transfer the remainder of foods into a reusable container.
